Telehealthcare is a 24-hour, home-help system which, at the touch of a button, provides all the necessary services for people who may require regular attention and rapid assistance as a consequence of their personal situation, age or physical condition.

This service enables: 

  • Contact with public emergency services: police, fire service, ambulance…and also with family members, neighbours, etc
  • Multi-conferences: for the resolution of emergencies
  • The monitoring of calls for:
    • Assessment of the concerned party’s personal and social situation
    • Confirmation of the proper functioning of system and user familiarisation.
    • Establishment of a trusting relationship
    • Medicine or appointment reminders    

How does it work? 

1. The system is activated by a remote device that the patient carries permanently (worn around the wrist or neck)
2. The assistance platform can be contacted via a hands-free system without requiring the use of a telephone
3. The help required is sent immediately
