ISO9001:2000 Certification

In November 2003 AENOR awarded the Mondial Assistance Group companies in Spain, Elviaseg and Smasa, the certification of the new ISO 9001:2000 standard.  

The AENOR certificate translates into a continued challenge to raise our Quality Standards.

The ISO 9000 CERTIFICATE is one of the fundamentals of our Quality policy, as it guarantees our clients the presence and operation within our company of a documented, audited Quality Management System. This certificate strongly reflects our ongoing commitment to excellent quality throughout the business.
