The Group has a network of more than 4,000 professionals in Spain, based throughout the mainland and the islands, under specific collaboration agreements. These professionals are selected on the basis of strict technical and service quality criteria. 

Permanent contact with our network, with repair follow-up, access support using a series of systems and methods that benefit the work itself and, in general, its identification with our organisation, guarantee service provisions addressed at the satisfaction of end users. 

A strict control is made of work performed using Quality Questionnaires, and we have a proprietary network of Damage Adjusters and strictly apply the contractual conditions of the agreement protocol established with the network of professionals; all work is guaranteed for 3 months.

In addition, we provide urgent attention for plumbing, windows, locks and electricity, within 3 hours following the request for repair, both under insurance and service contract.

In the real estate sector, we offer pre and post-sales assistance for defects in the finishing of newly built houses. We prepare the preliminary list and submit the claim to the contractor to execute those repairs, which we will repair at a later stage if the contractor has failed to do so. The entire process is supervised by an adjuster placed at the disposal of the developer by the Mondial Assistance Group to manage correct performance of the service.

Our Home Assistance services are intended for insurance companies as part of their Homeowner’s policy,  and for other companies that wish to offer their customers a value-added service.
